WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located at Shop 3/1 Kortum Drive, Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast 4220

WHERE CAN I PARK?

There is ample parking space in front of our studio. We can accommodate up to five cars. You can enjoy your workshop without worrying about your vehicle!

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?

Please check the workshop details to see if it is listed as a BYO workshop. For BYO workshops, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

We provide wine glasses and ice buckets for your convenience.

For private parties and gatherings, we offer catering services, but we’re also happy to share our favorite local recommendations! Our studio is always BYO-friendly, and we have plenty of beautiful glasses for you to use.

Please note: We do not offer or serve alcohol.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

We offer refunds within 24 hours of booking. However, if you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to reschedule.

DOES THE MERAKI CONNECTION OFFER WORKSHOPS FOR NDIS PARTICIPANTS?

Yes! Simply fill out our NDIS form, and we will get in touch via phone or email to discuss the details.

CAN I BRING SOMEONE TO WATCH WITHOUT PARTICIPATING?

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we require all attendees to purchase a ticket and participate in the workshop.

However, there are exceptions for carers and sign language assistants. If you require special accommodations, please note this in your booking or email us at booking@themerakiconnection.com

NDIS participants carrying a Companion Card may bring a support person as per the card’s guidelines. This individual may assist but would need to purchase a ticket if they wish to participate in the workshop.

CAN I BRING MY BABY?

Babies aged 0–3 months are welcome (ticket-free, of course!) at most workshops. However, some workshops—such as Resin Art—involve fumes that may not be safe for babies or pregnant women. We recommend checking with us before booking.

DO I GET TO KEEP WHAT I MAKE?

Absolutely! Most artworks and crafts created during the workshop can be taken home at the end of the session.

For clay pieces that require firing, the process takes approximately 4–5 weeks, while resin pieces need about 1 week to cure. This service is included in your workshop price. We’ll notify you when your pieces are ready for collection or delivery (postage fees apply).
